All About Chelsea!
My years of high school have flew by. The past three and half years have taught me a lot about life. It has shown me who my true friends really are. My Freshman year was a lot easier than most. My older brother was a senior and it made things simpler on me. Unlike other upcoming freshmen, I didn't feel very nervous my first day of high school. I could definitely say that my first year of high school was a success. I played volleyball in the fall. I had so much fun that year. My sophomore year was decent. I played varsity volleyball and ended up injuring my back pretty bad that year. I have had back problems since the 8th grade but that year made it worse than it has ever been. My junior year was great. I got my license right before school started and I felt like I had so much more freedom. I could finally drive places myself and not depend on my parents to take me everywhere. It was really exciting for me. I once again played varsity volleyball. In the middle of one of our home games, I was serving and I heard a huge pop in my back. I knew it was really bad that time because I could barely walk after it. I went to the doctor and he put me in a back brace. I was in that brace for over three months. It was so uncomfortable to wear constantly. I was also done for the rest of the volleyball season, and I was really disappointed about that. After my injury, I never thought I would be able to play volleyball again. My doctor told me that it was possible to play again, but I needed a lot of physical therapy. During the winter of my junior year, I went to physical therapy at least three to four times a week. The doctor approved me to play volleyball for my senior year but I had to wear my brace every game. I hated wearing that brace because it made me look really awkward in my uniform. My senior year is not completely over yet, but so far it has been pretty great. I was able to play volleyball, and that made me really happy. I had a lot events going on in the beginning of my senior year. I was a bridesmaid in my cousins wedding on September 8th. Her wedding was great and a lot of fun. Two weeks later on September 22nd, my grandma got married too. She looked beautiful and she was so happy that day. My last two homecomings were great and I had a blast. A few days after winter homecoming, things started to go down hill for me. On January 17th, my grandma passed away. It changed my life forever. She was the first person close to me in my life, that I have lost. Everything felt unreal. Planning the funeral, picking out everything, and the actual funeral was horrible. I couldn't believe that she was actually gone. It was the hardest thing I have ever been through. I miss her more than I could ever say. She is my guardian angel in heaven. I am now looking forward to graduation, and college. It seems like everything is going by so fast. I feel excited, anxious, and nervous for graduation. I think I will miss everyone, but I am really excited to start a new chapter in my life.
If I could live anywhere and any way I wanted, I would be living in Florida. I love the beach and warm weather. I would be living in a huge house and living a great life.
If I could be anything I wanted, I would be a nurse. That is my big dream in life. I want to help and save people's lives.
If I could do anything I wanted, whenever I wanted, I would constantly be shopping. I love to shop for clothes, shoes, etc. If I could do anything at all I would have unlimited money to spend.
Where are you five years from now?
I see myself in five years, graduating from nursing school and finding a great job. Hopefully I will have my own place and starting my life.
Twenty years from now?
I see myself twenty years from now being married having two kids. I will have a nice house and a great career.
Thirty-five years from now?
I see myself thirty five years from now being in a good place. I will be raising my children and they will be graduated. I will still have a great career too.
Fifty years from now?
I see myself fifty years from now being very old and retired. I will have grandchildren and spoil them like crazy. Hopefully me and my husband are living the life on the beach just the two of us.
